Public Beta limitations
OnGo Invoice is designed for small businesses in Malaysia and Singapore. During Public Beta, the product may change as we improve it.
One company, 20 documents
Each Public Beta account supports one company and up to 20 Invoices or Quotations per calendar month.
- Duplicates and Quotation-to-Invoice conversions count as new documents.
- Voided documents remain counted.
- Receipts do not count toward the monthly allowance.
Review before confirming
Smart Create helps structure your instruction, but it may misunderstand or omit information. Review customer names, items, prices, tax, dates, payment details and totals before confirming a document.
What is not included
OnGo Invoice does not submit to LHDN MyInvois, IRAS or another tax authority, and it is not accounting, tax or legal advice. AI Assist and subscription billing are not available during the initial Public Beta.
Availability and support
Service availability is not guaranteed during Public Beta. Keep copies of documents you must retain.
